Upon competion of our our multi-staged training program our Consultants are able to achieve the certification of Digital (DM) Consultant.

  • WSI Excellence and Innovation (E&I) Conferences are global events with industry leading experts as presenters. These presentations are founded in the objectives of sharing best practices that can be adopted and duplicated in a flexible manner across cultural boundaries by WSI Consultants anywhere in the world.
  • The WSI Mentoring Program offers Consultants the opportunity to team up and be mentored by their more experienced counterparts through a structured program involving collective business development, project delivery and customer relationship management.
  • We also work closely with our partners in the WSI private e-Marketplace to continuously upgrade the skills and training that keeps our franchisees on top of the latest industry trends and demands of the SME market.
  • We continually conduct market research around the world through our corporate headquarters and online, in order to keep our pulse on the needs of the SME market and global franchising trends. Participation in seminars, symposiums, trade shows and panel discussions is also a useful market information mechanism.
