The webinar was conducted by Heidi Tobias, Senior Manager of Distance Learning at Constant Contact, and focused on email marketing best practices such as: creating valuable email content, scheduling your emails at the right time, email design and layout tips, mobile compatibility, leveraging videos and more. In addition, Heidi discussed incorporating social media elements into an email campaign, including share buttons, “forward to a friend” links and using social media sites like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to build your database and share your email content.
