The AAFC franchise, or better known as the All-American Football Conference, was one of the few organizations to ever out do the NFL. It is hard to believe that the Los Angeles Dons, Chicago Hornets, and the Brooklyn-New York Yankees; which were part of the AAFC team franchises would eventually fall and be absorbed into the Nation Football League. Of the AAFC football team franchises, only three managed to make it into the NFL the San Francisco 49ers, Baltimore Colts, and the Cleveland Browns.
