Q.What is this franchisor franchise agreement?

Agreements are the set of rules on which two parties or a single party work. Same is the case with the franchisor and franchise agreement. Both of them work upon same set of rules and they have to be formal with their business. Like there is an act under which a franchisor may refuse to renew a franchise only under certain circumstances one of which is if the franchisor completely withdraws from directly or indirectly distributing its products in the geographic market served by the franchisee. There are some set of rules which is called an agreement which is to be signed when a franchisor is going to associate with a franchisee. Another rule is that a franchisor can’t oppose a franchise if he is doing a lawful business after the refusal of his renovation.
