Q. How are franchise tax values calculated in Delaware?
If a corporation has 5000 shares or less, they shall be taxed the minimum amount of $75. If they have between 5001 and 10000 shares they will be charged $150. For share amounts higher than this an extra $75 is added for each 10000 shares to a maximum of $165,000.
