The Pennsylvania Department of labor and Industry oversees the group. CareerLink offers the opportunity for employers and prospective employees to link up with each other. Employees can post their resume, and employers can search this database for applicants who closely match their requirements. As well employers make job postings and these can be searched by those looking for work.
