- WSI’s Digital Marketing Franchisee Network Elects 3 New Members and 1 Returning Member to its International Advisory Council -
Toronto, Ontario, July 13, 2010… WSI
, the world’s #1 digital marketing franchise, completed its annual Internet Consultant Advisory Council (ICAC) election resulting in the addition of 3 new members and 1 returning member to its Advisory Council. WSI welcomes the following franchisees to the Council: Carlos Guzman from Mexico, Alejandro Odio from Costa Rica and Miko Kershberg from Belgium who will represent their fellow franchisees in Mexico, Latin America and Europe respectively. WSI also welcomes Neal Lappe from Virginia, USA who has been elected back to the Council by acclamation to represent South East USA.

With a Council representative from each of our major markets providing feedback and suggestions to WSI Corporate, we are then able to develop additional training and support programs to ensure greater profitability among our franchisees. WSI is very pleased to have Carlos, Alejandro, Miko and Neal serve on our Advisory Council. They have a thorough understanding of the needs and interests of franchisees in their regions, making them strong representatives on the Council.”
Carlos Guzman has operated his WSI franchise from Mexico City since April 2005. He is also the WSI Area Representative for Southern Mexico, a role that involves facilitating regional initiatives for franchisees in his area. Based in Costa Rica, Alejandro Odio joined WSI is 2008 and currently leads WSI Search Results LATAM, a division of WSI Search Results, an Authorized Supplier in the WSI network, for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. Miko Kershberg operates his WSI business in Belgium. His ability to understand the different franchisee communities in Europe enables Miko to better understand their needs. After spending 6 years in the WSI network, Neal Lappe’s experience allows him understand the ins and outs of success in his franchise. He will continue to serve on the Council and provide feedback to further the vision of the company.
The objectives of the Advisory Council are to enhance communication between WSI Corporate and the franchisee community by openly sharing information and seeking input and advice from one another. Through ongoing collaboration, WSI and the Council aim to promote cooperation and joint participation with implementing new programs and initiatives to enhance the WSI system.
